Highlights and annotations
Pond can pull your existing highlights and annotations into your library:- Readwise — connect your Readwise account to sync highlights and annotations on an ongoing basis.
- Obsidian, Notion, and Evernote exports — upload a ZIP export of your notes from these services. Pond parses them into freestanding Notes and auto-extracts Fragments where it can.
- Kindle — direct highlight + annotation sync
- Instapaper — saved articles and highlights
- Zotero — references and annotations from your research library

You can download an entire Thread as a.zip of Markdown files from the Thread settings menu — the export includes the Thread itself, the Artefacts and Fragments it draws from, and any Notes you’ve made on it.
A full account export — all your Artefacts, Fragments, Threads, and Notes in one archive — is available from the Settings menu.
